Colored Pencils

How to make off-white with colored pencils?
How do I make the color off-white with colored pencils?
I have a Crayola 24-pack, containing red, red orange, orange, yellow orange, peach, yellow, golden yellow, jade green, yellow green, green, aqua green, light blue, sky blue, blue, violet, pink, magenta, mahogany, tan, light brown, gray, black, and white.
Also, making light periwinkle, pastel pink, and pastel green would be useful!
Oh, and I’m doing this on a white paper folder.
You might try going over what ever base color you are trying to get with a white wax pencil. It should blend with your color to make a pastel (light) color.
